Over the Rainbow Parties recognise the importance of celebrating special occasions and creating memories that can last a lifetime. Therefore we are working extensively to make sure our parties are available in a safe way. We are working with clients to be able to deliver parties in a safe and fun way.

We look forward to continuing entertaining children. In order to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 and to keep clients and children safe, Over the Rainbow Parties will be implementing the following:

• A thoroughly reviewed health and safety risk assessment (which can be found on our policies page.)
• When previously we have entertained up to 30 children, we must now reduce this to  smaller groups. Please discuss this with Over the Rainbow.
• Over the Rainbow will supply bright and inviting party mats for each child to use during the party to maintain distances. These are wiped down and are cleaned before and after the party.
• All of our props are selected for the number of children attending and anti-bac'd before and after the party. Children can collect and deposit their props one by one.
• All sweets/prizes are individually wrapped and spaced on the table for the children to come up and collect individually.
• Seed packets and balloon animals will be supplied at no extra cost to replace glitter tattoos.
• Over the Rainbow Entertainers will keep two meters away from adults and children wherever possible.
• Over the Rainbow Entertainers will clean their hands regularly, after a break and before and after eating.
• Any entertainer who shows signs of COVID-19, or lives in a household with signs of COVID-19, will be asked to comply with the government's track and trace policies and self isolation policies.
  

Please rest assured that we will be working with each client to make sure we comply with their needs and minimise the transmission of COVID-19. Our top priority is to keep clients and children safe during our parties.
